The In-Theater Associate plays a key role in supporting the In-Theater Material Coordinator to ensure the successful management, tracking, and execution of all materials displayed in theaters. This position is essential to maintaining accurate information flow for strategic internal decision-making, guaranteeing that our in-theater systems remain updated, organized, and aligned with NBCUniversal’s standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Daily Updates: Maintain and update all core files related to in-theater materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Weekly Materials Coordination: Prepare, organize, and send the weekly in-theater materials request to internal stakeholders and partners.
- Material Presentation Management: Oversee the presentation, structure, and layout of all in-theater materials to ensure they meet established guidelines and support upcoming releases effectively.
- Audience Reach Estimation: Conduct daily estimates of the number of people impacted by trailer screenings, contributing valuable insights for marketing performance analysis.
- Trailer System Maintenance: Keep the trailer management system updated at all times, ensuring correct allocations, versions, and scheduling.
- Creative and Operational Support: Provide support across all activities related to in-theater materials, including contributing ideas for new releases and enhancing the overall theatrical experience.
- SAP Transactions: Execute SAP transactions related to materials, logistics, or processes as required by the department.
- This position is temporary for one year.

Desired Requirements
- No prior professional experience required
- Experience or studies in administrative areas (desired)
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
