Your Role
As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.
You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:
- Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
- Bi-weekly All Team meetings
- Monthly reviews

About the Client
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support a high functioning executive with a broad set of interests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings clarity, structure, and calm to complex professional and personal priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, meeting logistics, and reminders with strong attention to context and priorities
- Prepare agendas, track action items, and follow up on commitments across meetings, boards, and committees
- Coordinate personal and professional travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and contingencies
- Support personal projects and life logistics (e.g., relocations, education timelines, family-related tasks)
- Organize documents, records, and information repositories for investments, properties, and ongoing projects
- Act as a trusted point of contact, handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, or upcoming deadlines and resolve them before they escalate
- Continuously improve systems, workflows, and processes to increase executive efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting an executive, founder, or senior leader in a high-trust role
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong judgment, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential matters
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly conscientious with strong follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing both strategic initiatives and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Tech-savvy and confident using productivity, calendar, project management, and documentation tools
- Resourceful problem-solver who can think contextually and anticipate needs
Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch)
- Up to $1450, depending on experience
- 13th month pay
- Performance-based bonuses
- Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
