Responsible for designing and leading the high-potential client business strategy and team, including target breakdown, strategy planning, team building and coaching, as well as driving strategic key account wins. The ideal candidate has deep understanding of the Web3 industry and product landscape, strong business insight and a clear sense of direction, and can lead the team to consistently achieve or exceed business targets in a highly competitive environment.
Define the mid- to long-term development strategy for the high-potential client segment, including client segmentation, market expansion focus and product portfolio strategy.
Break down annual/quarterly business targets (including asset under management, trading volume, revenue, number of clients, etc.) based on the company’s overall strategy, and develop corresponding action plans.
Drive resource allocation and coordination (e.g. product resources, budget, internal support) to ensure key initiatives are prioritized and effectively executed.
Team Building & Management
Coach and train team members to continuously improve their overall capability across Web3 product knowledge, financial literacy and sales skills.
Establish an efficient sales management framework (e.g. pipeline management, client tiering and segmentation strategy, cadence management) to ensure strong discipline and execution across the team.
Business Insight & Decision Support
Generate insights on market trends, client behaviors and competitive strategies through data analysis and frontline feedback.
Work closely with product, marketing and other functions to provide business recommendations and strategic input to senior decision-makers.
Standardization & System Building
Build and continuously optimize the operating methodology and process framework for high-potential clients (e.g. client segmentation models, visit/engagement SOPs, incentive policies, risk management mechanisms).
Capture and standardize repeatable best practices, drive adoption across the team, and enhance overall effectiveness and competitiveness.
At least 3 years of experience in the Web3 industry; prior experience in BD / high-potential client coverage / RM roles in financial services, internet or fintech is preferred. Solid understanding of financial markets, trading structures and risk management; background in banking, securities, proprietary trading firms or hedge funds is a strong plus.
Proven experience leading a high-potential client team or sales team (managing 3–10+ people), with quantifiable track record of business results.
Strong sense of goals and direction: able to define clear business directions in an uncertain industry environment and effectively communicate them to the team.
Deep industry insight: systematic understanding of Web3 industry trends, regulatory landscape, institutional participation models and mainstream product types.
Team leadership: skilled at setting clear objectives, motivating the team and driving execution.
Strong KPI and result orientation: data-driven mindset, adept at managing business and team performance through metrics and dashboards.
Able to work fluently in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), for internal communication and cross-border collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields are preferred.
