This role
The Senior Tools & Metrics Sr Manager is responsible for translating business problems into structured technical solutions, defining a global tooling roadmap, and ensuring that data flows, workflows, and reporting frameworks are clean, automated, and auditable across Operations functional areas, guaranteeing that teams have the best tools and processes to perform their work in a scalable, reliable, and automated manner, driving initiatives and executing with speed, accuracy, and consistency across all markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale the Business Operations tooling ecosystem, including Customer Relationship Management systems, automation platforms, compensation tools, and reporting frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, workflow designs, data models, and automation rules.
- Design and maintain end-to-end workflows, such as lead flows, approval processes, routing logic, scoring models, and automation layers.
- Monitor data quality and system performance, proactively identifying root causes and implementing permanent solutions.
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks used by Sales Operations, Financial Operations, and country leadership to ensure metric consistency worldwide.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Product teams on integrations, application programming interface work, and any cross-system dependencies that affect Business Operations tooling.
- Lead the global intake and prioritization process for Business Operations tooling requests, ensuring structured evaluation and timely delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new tools that could strengthen Business Operations capabilities.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or any field that combines structured thinking with problem solving
- Experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Product or Systems roles with ownership of operational tooling for high growth companies or environments with multi country operations
- Strong technical fluency including integrations, APIs, webhooks, automation builders, and data structures
- Proven ability to design scalable processes and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience managing CRM or operational tooling across multiple countries or fast growing environments
- Exceptional structure, documentation discipline, and ability to create clarity in complex systems
- Background in organizations where data driven decision making, structured processes, and cross functional collaboration were essential
- Comfort working with both business teams and technical teams and ability to bridge communication between the two
