Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in finance, crypto, or e-commerce industries.
College degree or above.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for effective communication with international users and stakeholders.
Previous experience in cross-functional or technical support will be a strong advantage.
