- Lead and coordinate People & Culture projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Support the design and implementation of initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, well-being, and sustainability.
- Align DEI and GDPR local programs with the global vision.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources, providing regular reporting.
- Prepare multiple reports and conduct initial analysis to provide clear insights for management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing data and feedback and proposing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business priorities and annual planning.
- Execute and participate in the organization and execution of all company events (events, team building, etc.).
- Participate in projects related to training and courses, employee performance, occupational health and safety management, etc., initiated in the department.
- Participate in the implementation of new software and tools to optimize work processes, as well as in the development of departmental policies.

- Hold a degree in HR or a related field.
- Have 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Are fluent in Bulgarian and English (written and spoken).
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy (MS Office, Excel).
- Are familiar with project management tools and HR systems (a plus).
