WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Meet our Hiring SLA by scouting and building relationships with talents, while utilising cutting-edge HR software for greater efficiency.
- Participate in projects related to various HR functions including employee onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent management, employee welfare, and office management.
- Provide data-driven solutions to leaders in the creation of development plans that meet progression/succession and retention needs.
- Actively collaborate on HR initiatives with multiple verticals in the department and organisation.
- Track and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of HR-Business solutions, and measure behavioural outcomes.
- Own the governance of processes and policies in the entire employee experience lifecycle.
- Own the process of ensuring that employees’ needs are met in the employee experience lifecycle.
- Help to keep everyone engaged with the organisation’s values and business direction, create systems to engage with employees and develop a feedback loop with the management team.
