The role
As a UX Engineer you will lead the design of complex digital products and web applications, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and technically sound. You’ll create high fidelity wireframes and prototypes, produce clear UX documentation, run usability testing, and act as the key link between clients, stakeholders, and development teams. Your work will focus on solving real user problems through strong UX principles and system led design rather than pure aesthetics.
The ideal candidate has experience designing within structured platforms (e.g. Sitecore, AEM, SharePoint), can confidently present to clients, and communicates technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly way. You should be comfortable collaborating with developers, have basic front end fluency, and bring a portfolio that highlights solid usability and user centred thinking. Location
Ideally you will be able to commute to our Baldock office twice a week however this is not essential and a remote position can be considered.
