As a MM/Ent. Customer Success Manager, you'll be a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers, building strong relationships and ensuring customer retention. You will be in charge of the entire customer lifecycle, from the onboarding phase to an established partnership with them.
Please note the posted range reflects the base salary only. This position follows an 80/20 pay mix, where your base salary is supplemented by a 20% performance-based variable (OTE).

The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
