Role Overview

We are seeking attorneys with a background in complex civil litigation (civil RICO, fraud, corporate disputes) to join our practice:

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with our team across a variety of cases. We foster a collaborative, “all-hands-on-deck” environment, ensuring every attorney gains exposure and contributes meaningfully to both personal injury and civil litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases in Illinois courts.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other case-related documents.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with colleagues on strategy, case preparation, and client service.
• Contribute to firm growth, with opportunities to take on leadership as we expand.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
• 2–5 years of litigation experience (civil litigation preferred).
• Courtroom experience required.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset—eager to grow with the firm.

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $100,000 – $140,000 (based on experience).
• Quarterly performance bonuses (2–3% of settlement amounts).
• Case origination bonus: Up to one-third of attorney’s fees on cases you bring in.
• Pathway to partnership and leadership opportunities as the firm expands.
• Hybrid work setup: minimum 2–3 days per week in our Oak Brook office.
