As a Collaboration MS365 Analyst, you will be a key member of the Corporate Collaboration team, responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions across the organization.
You will act as the technical lead for Microsoft 365 tenant management and the Microsoft portfolio (including Exchange, OneDrive, Office, SharePoint, Teams, Copilot Chat, MS365 Copilot and Teams Telephony), ensuring secure, scalable, and innovative collaboration environments that meet corporate standards and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 tenant management and collaboration tools.
- Design and deliver advanced collaboration solutions, leading workstreams in transformation programs while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
- Act as technical lead in different collaboration projects.
- Act as Tier 3 escalation point for complex incidents and troubleshooting for global operations.
- Execute non-standard service requests and advanced operational tasks.
- Develop and maintain documentation, best practices, and operational manuals.
- Collaborate with external partners such as Microsoft and Accenture.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies and emerging collaboration trends.
- Support Mergers & Acquisitions integration strategies for Microsoft 365 environments.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Education:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and engineering.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 tenant management and services (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Teams Telephony).
- Microsoft 365 certifications will be appreciated.
Other Skills:
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
