We’re hiring an eCommerce Growth Manager to own and scale growth across our DTC business (health space). This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition and improving conversion across paid media, landing pages, and the broader funnel. You’ll work hands-on across ads, website optimization, and funnel improvements — with clear ownership of growth outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta & Google with a direct-response focus
- Work closely with our creative team to test and iterate ad concepts and angles
- Identify and fix growth bottlenecks across the funnel — ads, landing pages, offers, email, and on-site experience
- Review and optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rate, AOV, and contribution margin
- Own core growth KPIs (CAC, ROAS, AOV, MER, contribution margin) and drive them forward
- Unlock new growth opportunities by proactively surfacing growth problems and executing solutions without being told
Success in 3 Months
- Paid campaigns are scaling profitably with a clear testing and learning cadence
- New creative angles have been identified and turned into repeatable winners
- Funnel improvements have driven measurable lifts in conversion and efficiency
- Noticeable improvements in contribution margin from paid scaling and funnel optimization
- Clear ownership of growth outcomes — not just ad accounts — with a more efficient growth system
Requirements
- 5+ years in performance marketing or growth with hands-on paid acquisition ownership
- Strong DTC or eCommerce experience
- Strong understanding of direct-response creative and testing
- Comfortable diagnosing and fixing problems across the full funnel
- Fluent in CAC, ROAS, AOV, MER, and contribution margin
- High ownership mindset; executes without micromanagement
