Specialist, Corporate Social Responsibility

As Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) continues to grow and evolve, we are committed to creating impact beyond gaming, driving positive social change and helping protect the planet for future generations. SIE is building a new, multidisciplinary Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) team to strengthen how we address our environmental and corporate social responsibility (CSR) priorities across the business.

We are seeking a CSR Specialist to join our team in San Mateo. In this role, you will support and help advance SIE’s ESG initiatives, with a primary focus on social impact programs, including accessibility, online safety, and inclusive-by-design initiatives. The CSR Specialist will serve as a key contributor to the ESG team, working cross-functionally with teams across the organization and supporting CSR activities across multiple geographies. This role will also contribute to ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting.
