Consultant (Microsoft Power Platform)

Sope is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Consultant (Microsoft Power Platform) to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll deliver quality Power Platform solutions that make a real difference for our clients. You’ll be hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and more - creating intuitive experiences and automations that streamline operations and improve productivity.

Requirements

What we’re looking for: 

• Proven experience designing and developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions. 

• Strong understanding of Dataverse, data modelling, connectors, and integration patterns. 

• Expert skills with Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven) and Power Automate. 

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and their integration with Power Platform. 

• Skills in PowerFx, PowerShell, JavaScript, REST APIs, HTML/CSS, JSON, or similar technologies. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to talk confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities. 

• Experience dealing with customers and managing stakeholder expectations. 

• Adventurous, creative, and open-minded attitude. 

• Ideally, you’re Melbourne-based. 

• You’re a true problem solver, able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
