Sope is growing once again, on the hunt for an Executive Assistant to partner directly with our CEO. As a Certified Microsoft Partner focusing on Microsoft 365 solutions, we’re looking for someone who’s ready to take ownership of executive support, office operations, and team leadership while helping our business continue to thrive.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• At least two years of progressive experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.
• Proven ability to manage and guide direct reports.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
• Prior experience with SharePoint is highly desirable.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across all organisational levels.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
• Sound commercial judgement and strong business awareness.
• Adventurous, creative, and open-minded attitude.
• Ideally, you’re Melbourne-based.

As Sope’s Executive Assistant, you will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, reducing administrative and operational burdens to allow focus on strategic leadership. Your responsibilities will include managing the CEO’s calendar and communications, leading office operations and culture, overseeing the Finance Administrator as a direct report, and serving as the CEO’s primary operational support and internal liaison.
