Starface is seeking a Manager, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to help strengthen how we plan, prioritize, and make decisions across our fast-growing business. Reporting directly to the Director of S&OP, this role fully owns the demand forecast across assigned channels and SKUs and plays a central role in translating complex, imperfect data into clear, executive-ready insights that leadership can rely on to make smart decisions around growth, inventory, and risk.
The right person for this role is an experienced planning professional who is comfortable operating independently and collaboratively, navigating ambiguity, and building structure while supporting continued business momentum. You’re grounded when things get messy, curious about the “why” behind the numbers, and confident partnering cross-functionally to align teams around a realistic and actionable plan.
