The Employer Branding Executive at Sumerge brings our employer brand to life across recruitment, digital, and internal channels. This role executes branding campaigns, manages careers content and social media, drives employee engagement and advocacy initiatives, supports early talent partnerships, and tracks performance to continuously strengthen Sumerge’s employer brand.
Responsibilities
- Apply EVP guidelines consistently across recruitment and branding materials.
- Execute predefined branding campaigns across multiple channels.
- Independently maintain and update careers site content for accuracy and appeal.
- Manage day-to-day social posting, scheduling, and engagement responses.
- Coordinate internal engagement events (team activities, celebrations).
- Coordinate employee advocacy and peer recognition programs.
- Own and maintain operational relationships with universities and early talent partners.
- Create and circulate standard internal communications such as newsletters.
- Track and report campaign performance using standard KPI dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
