- Plan and manage CPQ implementation, upgrades, and optimization projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines while coordinating efforts across business, IT, and engineering stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates as well as milestones and lead mitigation and resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Allocate resources, track budgets, and ensure adherence to project goals and financial constraints.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and go-live processes to ensure successful deployment.
- Document lessons learned and implement process improvements for future projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of project management experience and a track record of successfully managing large‑scale projects involving business, IT and engineering collaboration (preferably in CPQ, CRM or sales system implementation).
- Experience in project management is required. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello or MS Project, as well as methodologies like Agile, Scrum or Waterfall, is considered a plus.
- Deep knowledge of CPQ and CRM tools is required. Experience with Tacton and MS Dynamics is a strong advantage, as well as experience with system integration, data governance and UAT practices.
- Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and advanced communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with business, IT and engineering teams.
- Adaptable and resilient with strong organizational and time‑management skills to manage competing priorities and multiple complex projects.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Additional German skills are a huge advantage.
This position can be based either in Stuttgart (Germany) or at any other Syntegon location in Europe.
