We’re a fast-growing, performance-driven organization built on autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement — and we’re now hiring a Sales Conversion Specialist (formerly “Closer”) to join our high-performing sales team.
About the Role
As a Sales Conversion Specialist, you will convert qualified leads into long-term clients by communicating value clearly, handling objections with confidence, and demonstrating a deep understanding of our services. You will engage prospects during the final stage of the sales cycle, ensuring they feel supported and informed as they move toward a partnership with GigaBrands.
This is a full-time, remote position aligned with 9:00am–6:00pm EST.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and closing conversations with inbound, pre-qualified prospects
- Identify core business challenges related to revenue growth, advertising performance, and scalability
- Address pricing and value-related concerns with confidence and clarity
- Guide qualified prospects toward a clear decision and successful onboarding
- Confidently identify and step away from opportunities that are not a strong fit
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
- Consistently achieve revenue and performance targets
Requirements
Requirements
- 2+ years of closing experience where you owned the deal end-to-end
- Experience selling services or solutions (not retail products only)
- Strong objection handling, especially around pricing
- Comfortable in commission-heavy roles
- Experience selling to e-commerce, Amazon, or digital-first businesses
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Close, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Self-directed, disciplined, and accountable

Key Performance Indicators
- 1099 contractor role
