SAP CO - Con / S con / Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP CO (Controlling) Consultant/Senior Consultant/Manager to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP CO solutions to enhance our clients' financial controlling processes. You will work collaboratively with finance teams to ensure that they can efficiently manage costs, profitability, and performance reporting.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP CO modules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and financial processes.
• Analyze existing controlling processes and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance performance and reporting capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops and consult with clients to gather requirements and configure the SAP CO solution accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration of CO with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD).
• Conduct user training sessions to enhance end-user understanding of SAP CO functionalities and best practices.
• Assist in the development of reporting and analytics solutions using SAP tools to improve decision-making.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP CO issues, continually seeking opportunities for system enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP CO Consultant with a strong focus on implementation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP CO functionalities, including cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and internal orders.
• Experience working with integration aspects of SAP CO with other financial modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
