Base Pay with Competitive Commission Structure & Earning Potential!
We are hiring high-output, business-minded Outbound B2B Sales Development Representatives who excel at creating opportunities from zero. This role is focused on proactive outreach to business owners, executives, and key decision-makers who may not yet be actively looking but absolutely have the problems our clients solve.
You will be responsible for sourcing conversations, running first-touch discovery calls, uncovering business pain points, and booking qualified sales meetings for closers. This is a true hunter role designed for individuals who take pride in activity, discipline, and turning cold conversations into warm revenue opportunities.

Execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Prospect into defined B2B ICPs including founders, owners, and executives
Initiate first-contact conversations and lead structured discovery calls
Identify business challenges, gaps, and urgency through consultative questioning
Qualify prospects based on decision-making authority, need, and timing
Book high-quality sales meetings that convert into revenue
Follow up strategically across multiple touchpoints to drive engagement
Maintain accurate CRM activity, notes, and pipeline hygiene
Participate in daily sales syncs, outbound reviews, and pipeline strategy
Study call recordings and continuously refine messaging and delivery
Consistently hit or exceed outbound activity and meeting booked KPIs
Collaborate with closers to ensure tight handoffs and clean transitions
Represent WFS core values and uphold a high-performance standard
6 plus months experience in outbound B2B sales
Proven comfort with cold calling and cold outreach
Experience selling into business owners or decision-makers preferred
Strong objection handling and conversational control skills
High level of discipline, resilience, and self-management
Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound workflows
You take pride in creating opportunities instead of waiting for them
You understand outbound is a skill that compounds with reps and time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year OTE
$16 base plus + Uncapped Commission
