As Upvest enters the next stage of growth, we are looking for an exceptional Working Student You will work directly with Maryam Siddiqui and Mislav Ilich owning topics critical to Upvest’s product and business success:
You’ll help open our platform to new users across Europe by supporting the launch and expansion of child accounts, business accounts, joint accounts, and new legal types; making investing accessible to everyone.
You’ll contribute to scaling core user and regulatory flows; onboarding, user reporting, and regulatory reporting so that our platform can support growing volumes and millions of users.
You’ll support the translation of legal and regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions, enabling expansion into new European markets and continued growth in the UK.
You’ll work closely with experienced product and engineering teams who will mentor you and trust you with meaningful responsibilities, helping you grow quickly while contributing to our European and UK expansion.

You are currently enrolled as a student (ideally in business, economics, law, finance, computer science, or a related field) and are interested in product, compliance, or fintech. Any work experience in the financial services is a big plus!
You’re curious and confident in learning new topics, and you’re not afraid to ask questions to understand complex regulatory or product challenges.
You’re not afraid to challenge assumptions or propose alternatives, while working collaboratively as part of a team.
You’re interested in how legal and compliance requirements translate into real user experiences, especially for different user types such as children, businesses, and joint accounts.
You’re proactive, reliable, and excited to contribute to a fast-growing product organisation while gaining hands-on experience.
