The Solutions Delivery team is responsible for identifying new opportunities that exist within the payment landscape, creating strategies that define Visa’s participation in those opportunities and delivering the capabilities required to enable and drive them. Within the team, the Product Manager will work with a diverse set of stakeholders to deliver Consumer Solutions (Core Product, Digital Product & Value-added services) to the clients. This role assumes Consumer Product ownership, development and execution of the strategy, managing the ecosystem readiness and performance, driving revenues in the market.

Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
8 years in related industry experience in retail banking or fintech's
Relevant business or engineering related degree
Exceptional project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple activities with both internal and external stakeholders
Advanced written and verbal communication skills, exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across regional and functional lines
