The Data Service and Solution (DSS) team is Visa’s engine for data-driven innovation and monetization in Latin America and Caribbean countries. We commercialize Visa’s most advanced data capabilities—including AI-powered solutions—across verticals such as retail, travel, and media. As trusted partners to our clients and colleagues, we collaborate with global product teams, regional sales, legal, compliance, and leading external partners to bring transformative data solutions to market. As Sales Director, Data Service and Solution (DSS), you will be responsible for owning the go-to-market strategy, driving pipeline growth, and delivering revenue from Visa’s suite of data and AI solutions across LAC. You will lead end-to-end sales cycles, cultivate C-level relationships, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to shape Visa’s leadership in data monetization. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales executive with deep expertise in data-driven solutions, a strong commercial acumen, and a passion for enabling clients’ digital transformation journeys. You will spearhead the commercialization of payments data across demand and supply side platforms, forging strategic partnerships with agencies, ad tech players, and external data providers to maximize audience monetization and data-driven growth. Your expertise in structuring complex deals and integrating diverse data assets will be critical in delivering innovative solutions and unlocking new revenue streams.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
10+ years of enterprise sales experience in data commercialization, analytics, or SaaS-driven solutions, with a strong record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Demonstrated success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals and managing senior client relationships.
Experience in or selling to marketing agencies, adtech platforms, or other data-driven organizations in LAC markets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with proven ability to influence senior executives.
Experience working in matrixed, global organizations is a plus.
Bachelor degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
