Your Role

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will own our infrastructure end to end. You will design, build, and maintain a scalable, reliable, and cost-conscious platform that supports a small but fast-moving engineering team.

You will work directly with our engineers and product team to enable rapid development, smooth deployments, and stable production systems.

This role is highly hands-on and execution-focused. You will be expected to design pragmatic solutions and implement them yourself, balancing speed, reliability, and simplicity as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and security

• Own infrastructure as code practices and continuously improve automation and deployment pipelines

• Manage and evolve our cloud environments, monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes

• Partner closely with product and engineering teams to support new features and system architecture decisions

• Improve system observability, performance, and cost efficiency across environments

• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies are in place and tested

• Contribute to security best practices, access management, and compliance requirements

What You Bring:

• Several years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering roles

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS or GCP

• Solid experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or similar

• Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines

• Strong understanding of networking, security, and distributed systems

• Experience with containerization and orchestration, such as Docker and Kubernetes

• A pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset with a bias toward execution

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
