We are seeking a Manager – Analytics who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and driving data-led decision-making. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and advanced analytics, with a strong focus on credit and credit card analytics. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in data extraction, aggregation, and visualization, along with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, impactful insights for stakeholders.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including business, risk, product, and technology to solve real-world problems using analytics. This role requires both strong technical depth and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data analytics initiatives, from problem definition to insight generation and presentation.
- Perform data extraction, aggregation, and manipulation from large, complex datasets using SAS and SQL.
- Build and maintain analytical datasets to support reporting, advanced analytics, and business intelligence use cases.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Apply advanced analytics techniques to solve business problems related to credit risk, credit card portfolios, customer behavior, and performance optimization.
- Analyze credit and credit card data to generate insights around customer acquisition, spend behavior, delinquency, risk, and portfolio health.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into analytical solutions and insights.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders using data-backed storytelling.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across analytics deliverables.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and deep dives as required to address emerging business needs.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–7 years of experience in Analytics or Data Analytics, preferably in BFSI, financial services, or credit card domains.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAS for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, joins, aggregations, and performance optimization.
- Solid experience in data extraction, aggregation, and table creation from multiple data sources.
- Expertise in Tableau for building interactive dashboards and visual analytics.
- Strong understanding of credit and credit card analytics, including customer behavior, risk metrics, and portfolio performance.
- Exposure to advanced analytics techniques such as segmentation, trend analysis, and predictive insights (experience with statistical or ML methods is a plus).
