We are looking for an accomplished and results-driven Sales Manager with 8–12 years of progressive sales experience to lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end sales performance, including revenue targets, pipeline health, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with overall business goals and market opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales executives to improve productivity, skill development, and performance consistency.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, customer insights, channel partnerships, and competitive analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, and post-sales engagement.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, pricing, offerings, and customer feedback.
- Monitor sales metrics, forecasts, and dashboards using CRM tools to ensure data-driven decision-making and accurate reporting.
- Manage sales budgets, incentives, and territory planning to optimize efficiency and maximize ROI.
- Provide regular performance reviews, sales forecasts, and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Experience & Qualifications
- 8–12 years of overall sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a sales leadership or managerial role.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing mid-to-large sales teams across regions or segments is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
