We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead and expand our business in FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic), plastic products, and waterproofing solutions. The ideal candidate will bring 10–20 years of proven experience in industrial sales and marketing, with deep technical understanding of composite materials, plastics, and waterproofing applications. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on execution to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand positioning across key sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue across FRP, plastic, and waterproofing product lines.
- Identify and penetrate new markets, applications, and customer segments in industries such as construction, infrastructure, industrial manufacturing, water management, chemicals, and utilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Lead high-value negotiations, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and close large and complex deals.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure customer-specific solutions, accurate costing, and timely delivery.
- Drive product positioning, pricing strategy, and competitive differentiation based on market trends and customer needs.
- Oversee marketing initiatives including branding, product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, and technical presentations.
- Monitor market intelligence, competitor activities, and industry developments to proactively adjust sales strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports; ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
- Mentor and manage the sales and marketing team, setting clear KPIs and driving a high-performance culture.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in FRP products, plastic components, and waterproofing systems (membranes, coatings, linings, sealants, etc.).
- Deep understanding of material properties, applications, standards, and lifecycle performance in industrial and construction environments.
- Excellent B2B sales, key account management, and project-based selling skills.
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles, tender-based projects, and technically complex offerings.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
Experience & Qualifications
- 10–20 years of experience in sales and marketing within FRP, plastics, waterproofing, or related industrial materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, or a related field; MBA in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.
- Experience working with large infrastructure or industrial projects is highly preferred.
