The Training & Adoption Specialist is accountable for helping to develop, maintain, and train on role-specific standardized resources and processes, to support new and existing team members at all WelbeHealth centers. Under the Performance Excellence (PE) department, the Training & Adoption Specialist will collaborate with WelbeHealth hiring managers, preceptors, educators, and Launch team leaders to ensure consistent, standardized onboarding and act as a resource for all team members throughout their tenure.
This is a remote role with up to 20% travel required. This role will require someone to be currently residing in the State of CA.

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $90,281 - $119,171 / year + Bonus. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
