What We're Looking For

As an HR Business Partner, your role will involve supporting our business in a transformation. Your role will be set up for making a meaningful impact in driving the culture shift and org design changes towards an efficient and growth-minded cross-functional environment.

You will work as a partner and advisor to our leaders and teams within Marketing functions in the organization across our offices in Ukraine, Cyprus, Poland, and the UK. You will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and implementing effective HR programs to support the organization's overall growth and success. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will be responsible to run and internalize the strategic people and talent initiatives for your assigned functions incl. Performance management, Compensation management, Development planning, Career Development, Learning and Development, Engagement survey and action planning, Cultural projects, as well as various Change management activities to support the business in building leadership and strategic capability, driving a performance culture, and enhancing employees’ engagement at times of rapid scaling and transformations.

Key responsibilities:

Design

• Organizational Structure: coordinate design and implementation of organization structure within the assigned functions to enable realization of the functional and, as a result, broader business strategy.

• HR Strategy: craft pragmatic people roadmaps for the assigned teams based on their key business goals and priorities:

• Employee Engagement: Set up and drive the Engagement Agenda for the assigned functions.

• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement and recommend appropriate interventions.

• HRBP excellence projects: lead the design of the assigned internal HRBP excellence projects to contribute towards the strategic role/vision of HRBP.

• Change management: Partner with assigned business leaders to manage functional org change initiatives and develop change management plans to support smooth transitions in alignment with the company-wide change management process.

Operate

• Operate/lead the Employee life cycle and collaborate with TA, HROps, and CoEs to improve the journey.

• Facilitate performance review and check-in processes.

• Facilitate compensation reviews.

• Facilitate the talent review process and coach managers in performance reviews.

• Support management in team development projects and organization processes.

• Ensure the identification of the development needs of employees and define career/development plans with the related managers.

• Provide expert knowledge to the management regarding people engagement issues, employee lifecycle, and change projects.

• Be on top of the industry best practices and trends in HR and proactively recommend improvements to HR policies and practices.

Required skills:

• Proven track record of experience as an HRBP or related experience working in related domains like C&B, Talent Development, or HROps would be beneficial

• Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically and align talent strategy & interventions with the overall business strategy and goals of the organization.

• In-depth practical knowledge of the core HR processes, including Talent development, C&B, and L&D.

• Change Management: Ability to effectively manage and lead change initiatives within the partner groups.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Strong data acumen and ability to track and read metrics, and provide meaningful reports and insights to stakeholders.

• Communication and Influencing Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts, engage stakeholders, and build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

• Organizational Development: Knowledge of organizational development principles and practices to support the growth and evolution of the organization, including culture building, employee engagement, and employee retention.

• Business Acumen: Understanding of the organization's industry, market, and business environment to effectively align talent strategies with business needs and priorities.

• Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills are beneficial for planning and executing HRBP initiatives as well as managing a team. Experience in managing projects, coordinating resources, and delivering results within set timelines is highly desirable.

• Culture: Experience in partnering and working with cross-cultural teams and different cultures.
