About Zenara Health
Zenara Health is rebuilding the operating system of healthcare for the post-AI era.
They are an AI-native healthcare company enabling Primary Care and Multi-Specialty practices to deliver whole-person care by integrating General Care Management (GCM) with Behavioral Health Integration (BHI). Their platform uses advanced AI to eliminate administrative burden across clinical documentation, care coordination, and revenue cycle management—so clinicians can focus on what actually matters: patient outcomes.
While most digital health companies optimize around one specialty, Zenara’s differentiation is systemic. They integrate mind and body care into everyday medical workflows, unlocking new clinical and financial value for practices while improving quality of care at scale.
They are at an inflection point. As we expand aggressively beyond Psychiatry into Primary Care and Multi-Specialty practices, they are looking for an elite clinical operator to lead this transformation on the ground.
The Role
As Director of Clinical Transformation & Implementation, you are the clinical diplomat, workflow architect, and long-term owner of our customer relationships.
This is not a software “implementation” role.
You will own the entire lifecycle of a partner relationship—from post-sale onboarding through training, go-live, optimization, and long-term account success. You will work directly with physicians, practice leadership, and Zenara’s product and engineering teams to fundamentally change how medicine is practiced using AI.
You are the bridge between Silicon Valley-grade AI and the front lines of American healthcare.
