In 1995, at only 15 years old, GT Dave, Founder & CEO of GT's Living Foods, began bottling his Kombucha in the kitchen of his parents' Southern California home. Inspired by his mom, Laraine, GT wanted to share Kombucha in its true, unfiltered form so that everyone, everywhere could enjoy its healthy and healing benefits. He had no business plan, just a personal passion and an earnest desire to share his offering with the world. For over 22 years, GT's Kombucha has stayed true to the sacred brewing process of this ancient elixir. Using heirloom living probiotic cultures, we handcraft our Kombucha in the same small batches that GT first brewed back in his family kitchen, with lots of love, as nature intended.
