Founded by Phillip Lipman, the original company vision was focused towards "co-operative contracting", which is still both relevant and apparent in the way we operate today, over 50 years later. A LEGACY SPANNING 50 YEARSIn 2001, the Waugh family purchased Lipman, and to this date, 15 years on, they continue to operate the Company as a privately-owned family business, maintaining the same strong company culture built around values of passion, vision and professionalism.
