NOW Courier began in 1986 to pro­vide the finest expe­dited deliv­ery ser­vice in Indi­ana. Nearly 30 years later, we are the largest locally owned courier company in the state and are among the top 10% of all couriers in the country. Now has 7 convenient locations, Indianapolis, Merrillville, South Bend, Fort Wayne, Evansville, IN, Louisville, KY, and Cincinnati, OH. This footprint allows us to move product in an efficient and cost effective manner, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our growth is a result of our com­mit­ment to con­tin­u­ally rais­ing the stan­dard for effi­cient, reli­able and afford­able deliv­ery ser­vices through qual­ity peo­ple and proven inno­va­tion and technology. In the begin­ning, approx­i­mately 70% of our busi­ness was "on-demand" and the remain­der was sched­uled or "routed" work. Today that ratio has reversed because we have fos­tered long-term part­ner­ships with our clients. Mod­ern com­pa­nies have also dis­cov­ered the effec­tive­ness and effi­ciency of out­sourc­ing their deliv­ery needs. In 2014 alone, we coor­di­nated over 1.5 mil­lion deliv­er­ies (an aver­age of almost 5,500 deliv­er­ies every day).
