Upstream USA is a national nonprofit revolutionizing healthcare so that all women have same-day access to the full range of contraceptive methods, including IUDs and the Implant. By eliminating systemic barriers at the state and health center-level that prevent women from obtaining the birth control method of their choice, Upstream USA's mission is to empower women to become pregnant only if and when they want to, improving "downstream" outcomes for parents, children, and society.
