We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to work alongside our Social Media Strategist. This role is focused on reliable execution, account health, and consistent growth across our social channels.
You’ll be responsible for making sure our social presence is active, responsive, and well-run day to day, while also contributing creatively and - ideally - helping us expand into short-form video.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. It suits someone ambitious who wants to grow quickly by doing excellent work consistently. As a marketing department, we work fast and flexibly across teams, with an open and supportive culture that actively fosters personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day running of selected social media channels
- Publish consistent, high-quality content
- Manage replies, mentions, and conversations to keep accounts healthy and responsive
- Work closely with the Social Media Strategist to execute campaigns and experiments
- Write clear, confident, native-level English copy that sounds human and credible
- Track performance and spot opportunities to improve reach and engagement
- Stay up to date with platform changes and best practices, especially on X, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Create short-form video content, particularly for TikTok (from idea to basic editing)
- What success looks like (after 6 months)
- Our core social channels are consistently active, responsive, and well-maintained
- Posting cadence is reliable and execution feels calm and under control
- Writing quality is noticeably strong and consistent
- Reply management improves sentiment and reduces friction
- TikTok or short-form video is up and running with clear learnings
- You’ve built a strong and productive partnership with existing team members
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills and follow-through
- Excellent written English, with a natural, fluent tone
- A sense of responsibility for account health and public-facing quality
- Comfort managing replies and engaging with a community at scale.
- Creative thinking and good judgement
- Ability to keep up with evolving platform requirements and formats
- Basic video creation and editing skills for social content
- Enough familiarity with Web3, DeFi, or financial technology to learn fast and ask good questions
- You don’t need to be a crypto influencer or power user, but you do need an understanding of the space or a track-record in adapting fast to new technical domains.

- You’ve managed social media accounts professionally (in-house, startup, or agency).
- You can show how you’ve grown reach and engagement over time
- You’re experienced in handling community interaction and replies
- You can use analytics and platform insights to inform decisions
- You’re at least 3 years into your career
