In 2025, we cracked how to monetize like a SaaS business with our enablement subscription product for for B2B sales teams. The response was 20X what we could have ever expected.
Both our Founding AEs blew out their 2025 numbers, and so we’re growing our team of Account Executives to service that demand and help us scale.
Your Role:
You’ll be selling directly alongside me (Nick) and Armand on our founding team of AEs as we scale this business line.
To succeed, you’ll need to be maniacal about building pipeline. We pick up the phone every day while our competition hides behind email and waits for inbound.
Good news: the VPs you’ll be calling already trust and respect our brand. It’s not like you’re cold calling angry CISOs who’ve never heard of your company before.
You’ll own your full sales cycle end-to-end (this is a closing role) and learn to sell the 30MPC way. I promise: You’ll have more fun selling here than anywhere else in your sales career.
What You Bring:
You have 2-4 years of sales experience, ideally in tech.
You run outcome-oriented discovery calls and know selling is more than just fluffy rapport building.
You can hold your ground with a tough VP and don’t get rattled when they ask you for an 80% discount.
You have a strong “figure it out” muscle and are comfortable operating amidst change and ambiguity. When problems arise (spoiler: they will!), you’re the first to look for solutions.
Benefits, Pay, Location:
Starting OTE for this role ranges between $150,000 - $180,000 (50/50 split between base and variable). Both our AEs over-attained in 2025, so if you're good, expect to beat those numbers.

Location: Our team is hybrid in-office - we work in-person together multiple times per week. Offices are located in Downtown Los Angeles and Williamsburg, NY. We also frequently bring the entire team together for retreats to help remind each other that we’re not holograms :)
