The Immunology Strategic Operations Director will report and work closely with the SVP Immunology and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and develop strategic and operational opportunities. In this position, you will prepare key commercial meetings and deliverables. Define processes and align contents (e.g., CSM, BR, ELT, LRP, PLN) and lead cross TA ad-hoc projects with each franchise brand teams, Finance, Medical, R&D, Market Access, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Market Analytics and Business Insights (MABI), Sales Training, Sales Force Effectiveness, Regulatory, Customer Experience, and other cross franchise teams to gain input into developing strategic and operational projects.
The Director must demonstrate the ability to lead without authority, while building a collaborative, integrated approach across the organization.
Important skills for this role required are outstanding problem-solving mind-set, strong communication skills (oral and written), top presentation/ppt skills, interpersonal skills, flexibility, prioritization, and sense of urgency.
This position will support data analytical execution, creating strong narratives on insights and communication with key stakeholders and executive leadership as well as provide operational support to the SVP of 1MM BU, as his Immunology Strategic Operations Director.
