- Manage brand strategy and execution for products to drive awareness, adoption, and business growth.
- Support insight generation through market research, competitive analysis, and customer understanding to inform brand strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address market challenges and support ongoing brand development.
- Monitor brand performance using market trends, customer feedback, competitor actions, and key business metrics.
- Identify opportunities to optimize messaging, campaigns, and channel mix based on performance insights.
- Support brand strategy development for pre-launch products, including positioning, target audience definition, and key message development.
- Drive launch readiness planning, including market shaping, stakeholder engagement, and preparation of commercial tools and materials.
- Build and align go-to-market plans with cross-functional teams such as Medical, Market Access, BU, Regulatory, and Legal etc.
- Oversee brand budget, timelines, etc. to ensure efficient execution.
- Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Education: Bachelor and above degree, major in Pharmacy, medicine or marketing, MBA is a plus
Industry experiences: Minimum 5 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industry
Position experiences:
- Minimum 3 years working experience on product management or marketing
- Minimum 1 year business management background is preferred
- Biologics experience a plus. Experience in solid tumor, hematologic tumor, lymphatic system tumor etc. is a plus
Language Skills: Fluent in English both oral and written
Computer Skills: Working knowledge, especially good at Excel and PowerPoint. Good master of AI.
Mobility: Willing to travel frequently
Other Special requirement:
- Thorough understanding on the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical and medical device markets) is a plus
- Good understanding of business and product knowledge with marketing sense
- Strong communication and presentation skill with excellent interpersonal sense
- Experienced project management background in pharmaceutical company
- Strong analytical skills including business and financial management
- Should be self-motivated, creative and well organized
- Experience in new product or new indication launch is a plus
