As a Senior Technology Engineer I, you will play a key role in designing, building, and delivering a scalable, cloud-based solutions using AWS native services. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI-enabled and agentic services, architect modern web applications using React and other front-end technologies, and drive secure, high-quality deployments through iterative DevSecOps practices. You will foster engineering excellence through pair programming, modern testing methodologies, and continuous improvement, advancing technology capabilities across the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications, leveraging AWS-native tools and serverless architectures to ensure resilient and scalable solutions.
Architect and implement web front ends using React (or similar frameworks: e.g., Angular, Vue.js), ensuring responsive, accessible, and high-performing user experiences.
Integrate AI/ML-enabled and agentic services, collaborating with data scientists and product teams to embed intelligent capabilities into business workflows.
Adopt and promote modern software engineering practices including automated testing (e.g., unit, integration, E2E), code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines within a DevSecOps framework.
Champion secure coding and data protection practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GxP, data security).
Collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams, actively participating in pair programming, iterative planning, and continuous delivery to incrementally add value.
Serve as a technical leader and mentor, guiding less experienced engineers in modern practices, architecture decisions, and software craftsmanship.
Evaluate and adopt emerging cloud, AI, and developer productivity tools that drive automation, efficiency, and business outcomes.
Engage with vendors and third-party solution providers according to company values and vendor management protocols.
Maintain current expertise through ongoing learning, participation in the engineering community, and application of the latest best practices and technologies.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
