Role Overview:
You will be responsible for crafting personalized itineraries, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication with the lodges to deliver unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and sell bespoke luxury safari and travel experiences in East Africa.
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
- Liaise directly with lodges, camps, and local partners to ensure flawless travel arrangements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service throughout the travel process.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and travel regulations.
- Generating your own leads
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a luxury travel consultant, preferably specializing in Southern and /or East Africa.
- In-depth knowledge of Southern and /or East African destinations, lodges, camps, safaris, and experiences.
- Strong sales skills with a focus on direct-to-client luxury travel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an intimate team.
- Passion for travel, wildlife, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
