  • Prepare accurate, bid-ready pricing proposals

  • Calculate material quantities, square footage, and project costs

  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain pricing

  • Manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Fluent English, both written and verbal

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and bids at the same time

  • Able to work independently in a remote environment

  • Reliable computer and internet setup

  • Willingness to learn and work within the client's software and processes

Preferred Experience

Candidates with direct experience in any of the following will be strongly preferred:

  • Flooring estimating

  • Cabinetry estimating

  • Countertop estimating

  • Commercial interiors

  • Multifamily residential construction

  • Finishing trades

  • Vendor and subcontractor coordination

  • MeasureSquare or similar estimating/takeoff software

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on and detail-oriented estimator who understands construction drawings, can perform accurate takeoffs, and is comfortable working directly with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.

You should be proactive, organized, and able to identify scope gaps or pricing issues before bids are submitted. Experience working remotely with US-based contractors is a strong advantage.
