About AirOps
AirOps is the full-service platform for brand growth in the age of AI search. As consumers shift from traditional search engines to platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, the entire ruleset of growth is being rewritten. Buyers now rely on agents to discover, recommend, and purchase products and services for them. If your brand isn't part of the answer, you aren't in the running.
Our platform offers everything a brand needs to get found, recommended, and earn trust. We work with category leaders, including teams at Ramp, Chime, Airbnb, ServiceNow, and Rippling, to drive visibility and accelerate growth from AI search.
Backed by Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, and Founder Collective, we're headquartered in San Francisco, New York, and Montevideo.
About the role
AirOps has helped hundreds of the largest marketing teams in the world set up the right growth systems and become the brand that agents trust, cite, and choose in their category. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a marketing leader to set and execute our enterprise demand strategy, partnering with our marketing, customer, and product teams to build the right programs, target the right users, and drive qualified pipeline in our target industries.
This is a high visibility role that will work directly with leadership and own strategy, budget, and pipeline goals. You’ll help us build our ABM motion, determine the right industries for us to focus on, and quickly iterate and scale programs that drive enterprise demand. If you want to shape how today’s best brands build tomorrow’s marketing playbook, this is the role for you.
What you’ll own:
Enterprise buying journey and user touchpoints: You’ll work to define our enterprise buying journey, then partner across the team to optimize touchpoints and create a cohesive buying experience for enterprise customers.
Our enterprise pipeline targets: This role will be responsible for building the plan to hit our pipeline numbers in our enterprise segment, clearly communicating the strategy in the org, and driving execution to hit the targets
Our playbook for target accounts: You’ll partner with sales and RevOps to determine our target account lists and key industries, then build the playbook to get AirOps on their radar and engage the right buying committee
Demand programs: You’ll run a portfolio of demand programs, from lead magnets to roundtables, and partner with the marketing team to execute cross-channel campaigns for our target accounts
Sales partnership: You’ll work directly with our sales leaders and top sellers to understand what’s working and scale test programs into always-on systems
Who you are:
7+ years in B2B demand gen, ideally selling into enterprise customers
Experience with ABM and industry-marketing: you know how to build an account plan and can partner with sales to target key contacts in specific industries with marketing that speaks directly to their needs
Proven track record with sales: You aren’t focused on driving “marketing qualified leads”, you want to create high quality pipeline that turns into high value customers and have experience working directly with sales to build programs that do just that
Cross-channel experience: You can build a cross channel campaign plan and partner with folks across paid, content, events, and product marketing to build programs, not one off activities, that reach our target audience
A growth mindset: Not everything has to go through your standard playbook. You know what good looks like, but you have a track record of testing new channels, new programs, and new ideas to find what works.
About you
You love to win and bring that competitive spirit to hitting not just marketing’s goals, but the company’s overall goals
You want to move fas and you care deeply about the quality of the work you put out. The strategy behind the play matters just as much as the tactics you execute
You’re energized by ambiguity and enjoy building new systems.
You’re high-agency and hands-on. The idea of doing both strategy and execution sounds fun.
You love working across marketing, sales, and customer teams and see yourself as someone who breaks down silos in an org to get everyone working together
