Benesch is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Impact Fees and Special Assessments Project Manager! The right candidate for this position will have experience with preparing impact fee studies and/or special (non-ad valorem) assessments, presenting study results to agency staff and policy leaders, be able to handle a wide array of projects and multiple assignments, think creatively and critically, and participate as a team member in assignments and business development.
This position can report to any of our Florida office locations (Ft. Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Miami, or Tampa) and will work a hybrid work schedule or be fully remote if located outside of Florida.
