About the Role
Brilliant Harvest is looking for an Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll own the full accounting cycle — from monthly bookkeeping and payroll to investor reporting and financial planning support — playing a critical part in keeping our financial operations accurate, compliant, and running smoothly. You'll work closely with leadership and have visibility into the broader business, making this an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants real ownership, varied work, and room to grow. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable managing competing priorities, and eager to contribute across finance and operations in a fast-moving environment, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is based in Calgary, AB and requires a certain level of in-office presence.
What You'll Do:
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field
- 2-3 years experience across general bookkeeping
- Experience with Xero, Quickbooks, Sage, or other ERP systems is considered an asset
- Must be detail-oriented with strong time management skills in order to deliver on deadlines
- Nice to have: Progression towards a CPA designation
