We are hiring an Social Content & Event Intern to join our team and help us grow Bump through event-driven acquisition worldwide.
You will work directly with the Growth & Distribution team to design, execute, and scale user acquisition strategies centred around events as a use case, from festivals to cultural moments across the globe.
This internship provides the opportunity to gain experience within a fast-growing, venture-backed startup that’s building at the frontier of the social category. You will get to learn from an experienced and international team, gaining insight into how to create a global consumer brand.
This role is open to individuals who can join us in-person, only. We are based in the Opéra district of Paris.
Your core mission will be to help acquire users through events. This includes identifying high-potential event formats and geographies, mapping how people naturally connect at events, and translating those behaviours into acquisition strategies using Bump.
You’ll source, brief, and coordinate creators, event organizers, and community leaders who can activate Bump at events. Using your intuition for what resonates culturally and socially, you’ll help ensure activations feel native, fun, and genuinely useful, not “marketing-y.”
You’ll help design and test event-specific growth loops (before, during, and after events) to drive sign-ups, retention, and sharing, with a focus on repeatable, global playbooks.
Alongside managing content from external creators, you will support the in-house content production team with everything from brainstorming new storylines for videos, to filming and featuring in the content yourself.
Events are lived experiences. You’ll support on-site activations: preparing materials, helping creators and hosts integrate Bump into their events, and capturing insights from real usage.
