As a key member of Anduril's recruiting team, you will be a specialized Contract Finance & Accounting Recruiter, responsible for attracting and hiring world-class Finance and Accounting talent. You will play a critical role in our continued rapid growth, bringing a strategic and hands-on approach to building our finance and accounting organization. You will collaborate closely with Finance & Accounting Leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver on ambitious hiring needs. To achieve this, you will be given the autonomy and tools to execute on our strategy to build and develop Anduril's world-class team. We are looking for someone who can handle every aspect of the finance recruiting lifecycle and is excited to be part of a small, impactful team where no task is too big or too small.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
