Array Behavioral Care is seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in California to provide evidence-based psychiatric care via telehealth. This is a fully remote, W2 employee role offering stability, full operational support, and comprehensive benefits.
Provide high-quality psychiatric care from a private, secure location using Array’s HIPAA-compliant technology. No commute, no overhead—just meaningful clinical work supported by a strong clinical and operational infrastructure.
Array covers the cost and administrative support for gaining licensure in additional high-demand states, allowing you to expand your reach and impact with ease.

Clinicians working 30+ hours per week are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Provide virtual psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
Diagnose and treat patients across a range of mental health conditions
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a secure, remote environment
Active Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP) in California
Independent practice eligibility (no provisional or supervised licenses)
2+ years of outpatient psychiatric experience since obtaining licensure
Strong comfort and proficiency with telehealth platforms
A private, confidential workspace suitable for virtual care
