As Assort invests in and scales our Health System motion, we recognize the importance of new distribution channels and 3rd party partners who can meaningfully help us accelerate adoption of our products, shorten the 12-18 month sales cycle, and lead to stickier, longer term relationships with Health System customers.
This role will serve as a catalyst to our Health System motion, bringing to the table strategic partners who get us into the right rooms with the right decision makers at the right times. Their primary objective is building a strong, repeatable pipeline of new Health System opportunities via consulting/strategy firms, VoIP/CCaaS, and other 3rd parties who are actively working with Health System executive teams.
They will own both strategy and execution within the Health Systems partner ecosystem, collaborating heavily with our VP Partnerships, VP Health Systems, our Health system sellers, and our leadership team. This role requires a polished, relationship-oriented individual who spikes on first principles thinking, creative problem solving, and knows how to execute. They will manage a quota around qualified HS opportunities and total pipeline ($) generated.
Determine appropriate engagement models (referral, co-sell, OEM, reseller, implementation, strategic alliance)
Continuously evaluate new ecosystem opportunities
Develop executive relationships across organizations such as strategy consulting firms, CCaaS / VoIP vendors, operational improvement consultancies, Revenue cycle consultants, Digital transformation firms, Systems integrators, CRM platforms, and others
Own measurable revenue impact through partners by:
sourcing new partner-generated opportunities
building co-selling motions
creating executive introductions
identifying expansion opportunities + rallying our team around them
Work cross-functionally to build scalable programs including joint value propositions, account planning, referral motion, executive events, partner enablement, and solution packaging.
Become one of the public faces of Assort's Health System ecosystem across industry conferences, executive dinners, partner executive meetings, advisory councils & customer roundtables
You’ll work directly with our founders and executive leadership, engage with top-tier investors, and play a central role in shaping how AI is adopted across health systems at scale.

They're responsible for answering questions like:
Who already has the trust of health system CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and CMOs?
How do we become part of those organizations' transformation playbooks?
Which partnership models create the greatest leverage?
How do we meaningfully reduce a 12–18 month enterprise sales cycle through ecosystem influence?
A high-caliber operator who thrives in ambiguous, high-ownership environments and is excited to own both strategy and execution.
10-15+ years of experience in strategy consulting, health system enterprise sales, or strategic alliances.
Have actively worked with Health Systems leadership; understand the decisions they face, their challenges & incentives, and how they operate.
Deep understanding of healthcare delivery, including clinical, operational, and financial drivers across provider organizations
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with C-suite & Executive stakeholders
Proven track record of owning outcomes, not just strategy
Comfortable carrying a quota tied to pipeline and opportunity generation
Excited to refine and scale a GTM motion
Exceptional communicator with the ability to tailor messaging across audiences (partners, operators, internal teams)
High EQ—skilled at reading rooms, building trust, and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics
Strong executive presence and attention to detail
Bias for action and speed; thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
Highly analytical and metrics-driven
Naturally curious, intellectually honest, and principled in approach
MBA from a top program
Experience working with or deploying AI solutions in healthcare
