The opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of Atomi’s growth.
You’ll lead the team that shapes how Atomi shows up in the world. From brand and campaigns to demand and go-to-market execution. Your work will help more students and schools discover, trust and choose Atomi, and strengthen their connection with our brand at every touchpoint.
This role is key to supporting growth at scale. That means making bold brand bets through experimentation and standout creative, doubling down on what works and lifting the quality and effectiveness of our GTM execution.
You’ll lead a growing team across growth, demand, field and product marketing, and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product and our Brand Studio. You’ll stay close to the work, helping shape ideas, guide execution and unblock the team as we scale.
What you'll do
- Lead Atomi’s marketing strategy across awareness, acquisition and expansion.
- Build and coach a high-performing team, creating clarity, momentum and a culture of experimentation.
- Set and evolve positioning, segmentation and messaging across markets.
- Lead creative direction for high-impact campaigns, pushing for bold ideas that cut through.
- Make confident calls on where to test, where to invest and when to double down on what’s working.
- Own go-to-market planning and orchestration across launches, campaigns and market entry.
- Partner closely with Sales on shared pipeline goals, priorities and execution.
- Use customer, market and performance insight to guide decisions and investment.
- Represent marketing in leadership forums and contribute to company-level strategy.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with people leadership experience.
- Strong background in integrated campaigns, positioning and go-to-market strategy.
- A track record of leading creative experimentation and scaling successful ideas.
- Confident creative judgment and comfort making calls with imperfect information.
- Hands-on experience shaping messaging, reviewing content and guiding campaigns.
- Ability to balance short-term impact with long-term growth.
- Comfortable using data and insight to guide decisions.
- Curious about how AI can improve marketing speed, quality and creative output.
- Experience with global expansion or new market entry is a plus.
